At age 16, my journey in the fashion industry began. I was hired to be a night shift manager of a clothing retail chain known as “Ups N Downs." It was here that I realized I had a passion for fashion. I continued working for them through college where I chose to pursue a degree in Business Management. After graduation, I married my high school sweetheart and eagerly took a job offer with J.C. Penney's as their new merchandising manager/buyer. A few years later, I made the decision to be a stay at home mom. After 5 years of staying home, the entrepreneur in me came out...“The Primitive Peddler, Inc.” was born. The past 24 years have been filled with so many opportunities and memories. During this time, I decided to take my business online. This online business gave me the opportunity to create, design, and sell my own brand of jewelry. Fast forward 10 years... I have decided to use Faire to continue selling to my current wholesale customers...as well as welcoming new ones along the way.
