About Kati Cupcake

Hi, I'm Amy! I'm an artist, business owner and love all things bright and creative. My journey as an artist really started at a very young age. I was raised by two extremely creative parents, both showing me the ropes in their creative adventures as entrepreneurs. I didn't really find my own niche until 2005, when I made my first quilt. Six month later, I opened a quilt shop... that is where the fun began. Soon after I opened the shop, I started self publishing sewing patterns and designing fabrics for Henry Glass. Today, my life looks a bit different, I design gift cards geared towards quilters and makers at home. Besides digital design, I love to paint on canvas with acrylics. These two creative mediums have given me refuge to some pretty serious health issues over the last decade. I am so grateful to be able to do what I love, every single day! ~Amy Read their story
