We were far from thinking that a trip to the other side of the world could have inspired us with this project. However, this was the case when we were enjoying delicious fresh juices on Sri Lankan beaches where the waves crashed at the rhythm of the exotic fruit harvest. Back in the Basque Country, the project took shape. Over the course of meetings, we produce our first apple juice from uncalibrated apples from the Elhorria orchard in Mouguerre. Little by little, we are developing new recipes to meet the demands of our first retailers and establish a complete and diverse range while maintaining our high standards in choosing raw materials. The team is growing and ideas are flowing, Olatu Lab our idea laboratory is created with the aim of giving life to our inspirations and discoveries through new ingredients, processes or collaborations. With ADIO, Olatu's little brother, the use of surplus raw materials in our juices inspires us to develop condiment sauces that reflect our image, which are quirky, gourmet and local. We are proud to offer you our original creations and recipes developed here in the Basque Country. Welcome to our universe!
