Seems okay but REALLY need to address their product description as it is inaccurate to what you receive. Can't comment on communication from them as I haven't sought it so wouldn't know. I have yet to receive comments from my customers to review the quality before I reorder. Delivery time was fine but images suggest orange being one of the colors delivered which we wanted but got yellow instead. We hope it still sells.

We received all of our products quickly. All seem to be high quality. However, the earmuffs definitely do not fit all sizes as the description says, and they are not adjustable. Unfortunately, they are very small. Edit: We have adjusted our review as the brand messaged us to clear up the adjustment misunderstanding. We are very pleased with the products and particularly the communication from the Robiii team.

I just wanted to clarify that the earmuffs are adjustable—you can gently pull on the ear cups, and the metal bands will slide up and down to fit different head sizes. They are designed to fit both young kids and adults (we even wear them ourselves, I'm ADHD). I hope this helps!
