I grew up in the Palm Beach area spending my days at the beach and in the sunshine. I always had a hard time finding clothes that suited my style. So, I made clothes for myself, and my friends wanted me to make them some too. As a teen I started selling to a couple of the small boutiques in my area. One of the boutique owners invited me to her office and she happened to work for Lilly Pulitzer. I showed Lilly my collection and she ordered my shirts for her 35 stores.. So began my fashion designing career. Later I married and had 4 beautiful children, 1 wonderful son and 3 fashion crazy daughters.Read their story
