In 1997 Métis entrepreneur Sean McCormick was trading hides and furs with Indigenous artisans. Artisans who were crafting beautiful mukluks and moccasins, footwear that not only allowed their ancestors to survive the world’s harshest climates but also passed on their story through stunning beadwork and adornment. Sean had a vision, a vision to bring these designs to a global stage while celebrating, honouring and giving back to the culture that was behind them.
