Hi I'm Marissa and I'm the Artist and Owner at Somberly Inks! I have been creating bookish related merch for about 4 years now, and I have really found my purpose in sharing my art through these mediums. I thoroughly enjoy creating for my fellow readers and authors and I try and pour my love into everything I make. Much of my brand is focused on dark but romantic designs that really reflect who I am and the books that I tend to gravitate towards, while also mixing in some more romantic elements as well. I love Gothic/Baroque styled elements which you will see a lot throughout my works! As a Chronically Ill Queer Latina owned business, I am very loud and proud about Human Rights Anti-Racism, and LGBTQIA+ – that is something that I speak on frequently and things I will never move on.
