About DÓTTIR

DÓTTIR is the Icelandic word for daughter. Iceland is wild, inspirational and magical - all words that I would use to describe my own daughter. With over 15 years of experience in the apparel industry, I set out with the intention to create high quality pieces using all natural fibers that are sustainably sourced and responsibly created. We consciously make an effort to reduce our footprint in everything that we do. All of the garments are made in California in small quantities using only deadstock fabric. All of the packaging materials are made of 100% recycled materials. And any leftover fabric is upcycled and made into small accessories. Our classic, vintage inspired silhouettes have thoughtful details, impeccable craftsmanship and are intended to be passed along to family and friends.
