Hi, I am Anna Bauer, the owner and President of Bauer’s Candies, Inc. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about my company, our product and our proud tradition. We produce the famous “Modjeska” originally named, “Caramel Biscuit”, a rich confection my great-grandfather began producing in 1889. The “Modjeska” is a homemade creamy, pillow soft marshmallow center hand dipped into our rich and creamy homemade caramel. We make our Modjeskas the old-fashioned way and use only the finest ingredients. There are no shortcuts ever taken in making the Modjeska because customer satisfaction is our goal. We are a fresh made to order candy company so every order is fresh and has a best by date of 9-12 months. The Modjeskas can ship year round so there is no need to worry about the heat.
