About Gourmecca Kitchen LLC (dba Becca's Petites)

BOUCHÉES were born in 2016 from a desire to create a nut-based, nutrient-rich snack for a dear friend undergoing chemo. Along the way, we realized we could honor Kevin’s memory by starting a company and using our proceeds to support the education fund for his young son, Lil KK. Today, we make a promise to provide these same scrumptious mixes for busy, health-conscious people who appreciate quality any time of the day. Cue the elevator music, there’s more to our story: Growing up in the south with the US Space and Rocket Center in my backyard, I used to dream of designing airplanes. I ended up designing clothing in my late twenties to early thirties and eventually recipes in my forties. I obtained a background in holistic nutrition and became a personal “chef” for people with special dietary needs. Since cooking for those that I love has always been instinctive to me, it was without hesitation that I created BOUCHÉES for Kevin.Read their story
