My first cookbook named "Italian Cooking New Orleans Style" and "Creole Cookin from the Heart of New Orleans" inspired me to continue creating new and exciting quality New Orleans based products. My first product was developed as a re-creation of an old New Orleans favorite, "Nectar Syrup". This award winning syrup is mainly used for making ice cream sodas, cream sodas, and shakes. My King Cake syrup designed especially for New Orleanians to continue there enjoyment of the great taste of Mardi Gras all year long. It is used as a topping for ice cream, cheese cake, coffee cakes, bread pudding, and more!. Our extra strong and fragrant Olde Tyme New Orleans Double Strength French Vanilla is a favorite for many bakers and confectioners. The mint syrup is great for Mint Julep and Mojitos!
