Shera Lee is the Founder and CEO of Mad Moisture Beauty, a holistic beauty brand for multifaceted women who want hydrated, glowy skin. With more than a decade of health + wellness training under her belt (Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Health Coach and Yoga Instructor), Shera’s ability to help women to make healthier lifestyle choices naturally translated over into the beauty realm as she realized while her clients were developing healthier eating habits, the skincare and beauty products they were using weren’t the healthiest options available. In addition to entrepreneurship and corporate roles, Shera has served in the United States Air Force as a Security Forces member and is an Iraqi War Veteran. Through this experience she gained tough skin as well as invaluable organization, communication, and team building skills. From her experience as a health and wellness educator and diverse background, Shera was inspired to launch Mad Moisture Beauty™ in January of 2020. Mad Moisture Beauty™ has been able to help numerous women to achieve healthy glowing skin using clean products free from parabens, phthalates, petroleum, and GMOs that are also cruelty free. Today, Shera can be found creating strategy around company expansion or snuggling with her 11 month old daughter, Nali. In between being a mom and a business woman, she makes sure to have time away from the mamaprenuer life to explore the beautiful city of Chicago with her husband of 11 years, Phillip.Read their story
