Sustainability-crafted to minimize our impact and help the world expect more from footwear ✔ Socially conscious with clean water projects supported by your purchase ✔ The dream began in 2010 when we set up shop in a tiny art studio in the coastal hills near San Francisco. As product designers, we wanted to design footwear for those who want to travel without limitation and create unforgettable experiences. As global citizens, we felt a responsibility to do more than just create great products. We wanted each pair to address a fundamental human need. As surfers, we had a deep connection to the healing power of water. We decided that each pair would support clean drinking water projects. We are humbled and proud to now have completed 82 water projects in small communities in the U.S. Navajo Nation, Kenya, Haiti, and the Philippines.Read their story
