About Nekter Cards

A Love Story in Every Stroke Nekter Cards began as a long-distance love story between two artists—Silva in Boston and Shanoor in Chicago—who connected through a shared passion for creativity and heartfelt expression. At first, Shanoor wrote handwritten letters, adding little sketches to brighten Silva’s day. Each note became a weekly keepsake—something to look forward to, hold onto, and treasure. Before long, Silva began painting directly on the front of the cards, sending blank ones back for Shanoor to complete and return. Flowers, butterflies, abstract swirls—each card became a tiny canvas, a conversation in color and care. What started as simple love notes soon turned into a growing collection of hand-painted cards—so beautiful they couldn’t be tucked away in drawers. They were framed, shared, and saved.
