I purchased from the seller before and had a great experience. This time not so much. The item came almost 4 weeks after the estimated shipping date, which threw off our inventory for an upcoming event we had. In a way we were glad the item wasn't included in our event because the gallon butter was not the same consistency as previous butters i've ordered in the past. I emailed the seller about this twice, outside of Faire and have yet to receive a response. This was a terrible waste of money.

I was nervous about ordering after reading the reviews re communication. I have to agree with the reviews about the seller not being responsive on Faire Messenger. However the seller is more than knowledgeable and responsive via their company email. Products arrived quickly, well packaged and clean. Just the way I like it. Products work beyond well. We have already placed another order and are excited about adding them to our store. Exceptional product and service!

This scrub has become a staple in my salon for spa pedicures and manicures! Its soft & moisturizing yet with a very effective exfoliation. Very concentrated, a little goes a long way. Additionally, I can customize the scent with essential oils!

First, let me say these body butters are beautiful, lush, and well scented. If the customer service were as good as the product, I would be loyal to this brand. as a business, I need to partner with other companies that are dependable and are prompt. It took 3 weeks before my order was shipped and that was only after I initiated contact on two separate occasions. The only response contained no apology for the extended delay or explanation. Buyer beware!
