About Roxy Grace
Founded in 2014 in Guilford, Connecticut, Roxy Grace & Company began with one simple goal: create bath products that are as gentle as they are fun. After struggling to find bath products that didn't rely on artificial dyes or overpowering synthetic fragrances, I started making bath bombs in my own kitchen for family and friends. What began as a creative hobby quickly grew into a business built on quality ingredients, thoughtful craftsmanship, and the belief that bath time should be both joyful and gentle on the skin. More than a decade later, every bath bomb is still handmade in small batches using simple, skin-friendly ingredients. We never use artificial dyes, and our products are scented with natural fruit flavor oils for a light, nostalgic scent that both kids and adults love. Since 2014, we've shipped more than 25,000 orders and are proud to partner with retailers across the country who value handcrafted products with a story behind them. Andrea was incredibly patient with all of my questions—and I had plenty! She was always quick to respond and very helpful when I needed guidance selecting items for my order. Everything arrived packaged with care, although one box was slightly damaged to no fault of hers. I reached out to let her know, and she immediately sent a replacement and even included a few unexpected surprises. The customer service was wonderful from start to finish, and I will definitely be ordering again!
