About Single Variety Co

At Single Variety Co we handmake seriously delicious fruit preserves and chilli jams using only one variety of fruit or chilli. We use locally sourced British fruit where possible, use much more fruit and much less sugar and cook in small batches to showcase the flavour and freshness of the variety. We've gone from standing in the cold at farmers markets on a Sunday morning to running our own jam factory and selling globally into hundreds of independent stockists!
