Major life events brought these two long-time friends on their first serendipitous trip together. Gracen had just found out she was expecting. With pregnancy, Gracen was experiencing emotional changes and had begun to focus more on self-care. Ramona was going through an unexpected divorce. She turned to meditating and incorporating a daily self-care practice that assisted her on her journey to heal.
