— 35th Louie Award winner Artist of the Year and Letterpress! — Homework Letterpress Studio is a small print shop in Edmonton, Canada created by Daria Hirny. Trained in printmaking and painting, Daria designs and prints greeting cards to spread joy and to share her values: creating quality cards that accentuate the beauty of letterpress with imagery that celebrates her love and curiosity of nature. She has created an animated world of characters that bring us back to the inner child in all of us. Each design is printed on a luxurious tactile canvas made out of 100% cotton paper. Inspired by vintage illustrations, each card has a limited colour palette, but is rich in depth through layering and texture. Currently, Homework can be found in over 130 stores across North America as well as online at homeworkpress.com (and right here on Faire)! Each card is its own work of art that Daria hopes can be shared, loved, and treasured for many years to come!
