Hi, I'm Kirk and I'm just a regular guy with a passion for fire and meat. For years, I've enjoyed bringing these elements together in my own backyard and watching the crowds gather round, anxiously waiting to try one of my grilled or smoked culinary creations. To further elevate my dishes, I've painstakingly perfected a line of BBQ rubs and BBQ sauces that showcase the glorious flavors of New Mexico. In 2010, my wife, Cheryl and I, decided to take these spice blends & sauces and share them with others, so we created AlbuKirky Seasonings. Each product contains high quality ingredients including the finest New Mexican green chile and red chile. Our rubs are gluten free, with no added msg or caking agents. We're also big advocates for supporting local, so every part of our process takes place right here in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We use local companies for all of our co-packing, label printing and graphic design needs. We are self-taught cooks and are fearless in the kitchen. We cook with these products daily, because we know first-hand the quality and effort that goes into each and every bottle. We believe in the power of "scratch-made" and the magic of sharing a home cooked meal with someone you love.
