She trained in Milan Italy, with her friend Massimo Pica 2021 World Cup Champion for Chocolate. Kristine has been recognized as an International Award Winning Chocolatier, by the Academy of Chocolate in London, nationally by the Specialty Food Association, Food and Wine Magazine, International Chocolate Salon and The Good Food Awards. Her creations are rich, decadent treats that you can enjoy in your home kitchen from pairing with appetizers, to desserts.
