About Jessica Poundstone

I believe art is part of a self-care practice that changes the way we see, think & feel - and ultimately changes us! My work is informed and inspired by color sensation, minimalism, and experiential “light and space” art movements. I work on each image until I feel everything click into place: that feeling of “rightness” tells me it’s done. My hope is that my pieces serve as a visual invitation, a portal, a totem: a way of reminding us of what’s possible, and helping us get more deeply attuned to the joy, fun, adventure and wisdom that comes with exploring who we are and who we can become.
