I don' leave reviews but the worst customer service I have ever encountered in 15 years. If you ship an online order to a customer & the jeans are defective (broken zipper sent very clear pictures) Miss Me wants the customer to ship defective jeans to you the I ship the defective jeans back to Miss Me for a refund. I just gave my customer a full refund rather than ask her to pack jeans, print label, drive 30 minutes to UPS to ship to me then I ship to them. I tried to work it out in 8 messages.
