As recent changes to U.S. tariffs go into effect, we know this moment adds layers of complexity for both retailers and brands. That’s why we’re launching new tools and offering support to help customers navigate this shift with confidence. Our hope is that when you shop on Faire, you feel confident in knowing what you see is what you’ll pay—and that you can easily source products that are great for your budget and great for your store.

New tools to help retailers navigate tariffs with confidence and clarity

To help U.S.-based retailers make informed decisions while sourcing products, we’ve introduced new features designed to bring added transparency to the discovery and shopping experience on Faire.

Easily source new products without tariffs, with our new No Import Duties filter

We’ve added a new “No Import Duties” filter that allows U.S. retailers to easily find over 10 million products on Faire that won’t incur duties. This filter will empower retailers to shop with more confidence and clarity when sourcing products without duties.

Know when duties apply earlier in your sourcing process 

We’ve also made it easier to identify when duties apply upfront. U.S. retailers will now see duty information directly on product and brand pages—before adding items to the cart. These estimates are powered by the latest data from the International Trade Administration, helping retailers trust that they’re getting the most up-to-date rates when shopping on Faire.

Easing the transition and reducing shipping costs for brands

We also recognize that this moment represents a shift for brands. Adapting to these changes takes time, and we’re committed to supporting brands through this transition, while also helping reduce the costs of doing business. 

Covering duties for existing Faire Insider relationships through June 30

Faire will cover the cost of duties on orders between retailers and brands with existing Faire Insider relationships, through June 30. This is part of our commitment to supporting the trusted relationships our brands have built on Faire during this period of change and uncertainty.

Lowering rates through Ship with Faire by 20%

We’re also helping U.S. brands reduce the cost of their orders to retailers in North America by making shipping more affordable. We’ve worked with UPS and FedEx to lower the rates available through Ship with Faire by an average of 20%*. We estimate this will save millions in annual shipping costs through Ship with Faire and help U.S. brands offer even more competitive pricing to over a hundred thousand retailers in the United States and Canada.

Continuing our commitment to connection and community

Even in times of change, our focus remains the same: to empower independent retailers and brands with the tools and flexibility they need to be successful.

Retailers on Faire can continue to count on features that make it easier to manage inventory and cash flow—like low order minimums, net 60 payment terms, and free 60-day returns on opening orders. These tools are designed to help retailers stay agile while enabling brands to offer the best value and service.
