THE BEE: A SOURCE OF INSPIRATION & CREATION FOR THE HOUSE ERIKA SPIRIT “Honey who thinks badly about it” Since 2018, we have been creating organic French spirits with a unique personality in Bergerac in Dordogne. All our alcohol recipes: meads, gins, liquors and vodkas are enriched with this soul supplement, a touch of our Erica Heather Honey produced by Paul, our “happy” grower. We develop all the recipes for our delicious drinks in an artisanal way and select all our botanicals and noble products from local producers. We respect the cycle of the seasons, and try to include all our actions at the service of the development of our territory. Behind this passion for creating spirits, lies our true mission, to preserve the bee and its ecosystem.
