Sidney Cherie Hilley is a multidisciplinary artist working in performance, writing, jewelry design and wearable art. Pulling inspiration from the moodiness of poetry and the uniqueness of natural patterns-- she enjoys creating jewelry that is whimsy with drama. Her pieces showcase soundwave patterns and inspiration from the cosmos. Her "Texture" series emulates patterns found in natural curly hair, often inspired by her own vivacious locks. Each piece of Sidney Cherie Studio is created like it's own edition of artwork. She sees making her pieces like they are illustrations in metal and pearls -- no two pieces are exactly alike. She strives for the wearer to feel like they are wearing something that embodies their uniqueness. Her brand focuses on being ethical and sustainable-- hand making each piece and using natural stones.
