BACCAE N°02 is a French interpretation of a rich and subtle bitter aperitif of gentian and aromatic herbs from the Massif Central, enhanced by notes of Corsican citrus. The BACCAE distillery in Paris produces unique spirits based on fruits, plants and spices from French Organic Agriculture. This young house has set itself the mission of highlighting the French terroir through a unique mastery of traditional techniques of distillation in alambic and modern techniques of cold vacuum distillation. 700 ml - 16% alc.
