This longtime favorite was inspired by the magical fusion of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors made famous in the kitchens of Mexico. We've got exciting news about our beloved Mole product! While the delicious flavor you know and love isn't changing one bit, we're giving it a name that we feel better captures its unique essence: Chipotle & Cocoa. All our products are shelf stable. Refrigeration is not required. Minimum shelf life for the first receiver 60 days. A 20% shipping charge is added to all orders in order to ensure products arrive in best condition with current temperatures. Though our product does not require refrigeration until opening, greasing and/or melting of fat can occur during very warm temperatures. This does not affect the taste or safety of the product, but in hopes for the product to arrive in best condition, we will include additional refrigeration products during extremely warm months.
