I order sweatshirts on 2/9/25 - It indicated they would ship within 6 to 8 days. I never received any notification until I contacted them weeks later. They claim they shipped but no tracking. Finally a shipment arrived, however it was not the items I ordered and was charged for. Reached out, they said they would fix the next day and I should expect them. No product has arrived. Now they say they are waiting for new shipment - New stories all the time. The communication has been untimely.

This company did not send the complete order for this product. They wrote on the packing slip that 9 of the items were coming from another warehouse, which we never received. Messaged back and forth, and they said they were checking on the order. I was charged for 9 items that I did not receive. Very disappointed in this company. But it sounds like from other reviews, this is how they run their company - promising the other items were shipping from another w never are received.
