I loved all of the shirts, however the two sweatshirts had ink spots on them. After communicating the problem to the brand, they took too long to respond with a solution. After almost 30 days since I ordered these and 2 weeks waiting on an answer about replacements, I requested a refund on the sweatshirts. So disappointing.

When my items finally showed up I was very pleased as everything was as ordered and great quality. However, I sent over 6 messages without a response and had to contact Faire themselves and my order finally shipped and arrived to me a month later.
