Inconsistency on quality across the brand. Some items are amazing, some not so much. I have definitely priced some items below the suggested retail price. Two pieces arrived damage due to insufficient packaging. This was very inconsistent as well. Shipment arrived in two packages, one box was packaged well, the other was not— by a lot. All in all, I will probably order again to give it another try.

I would return all the boards if that was an option. The one round wood and resin board has a no seasonal return on it. Its not a seasonal item. They are warped and look dirty. The wood and marble boards are put together crooked. I claimed some. They all should have been. Not happy this time .
