They need to do a better job of packing. I have ordered from them twice and both times multiple pieces were broken. They are replacing my replacments. Product is great!

I received items that were so caked in dirt they were unrecognizable. Big items that had obviously been broken, repaired then shipped out, like this big rice jar. The repair is in your face noticeable and the item not sellable. It's exhausting dealing with these claims with Faire and I don't think Blue Ocean cares as they never replied to my concerns.
