Wholesale Fringe chain detachable collar

Handmade made-to-order large detachable collar made from chambray cotton and piano fringe in lilac or creme. Added pop color grommets with a detachable, steel figaro silver chain. The O-ring carabiner at the ends opens to remove the chain, but the chain is long enough to slip over your head. The collar sits right on your shoulders, weighed down by the the hardware. Designed and made by us in house, with love. *Pop color grommets may vary depending on availability.
