The Basic Stropping Belt by Brent Berkeley® is made of high quality cowhide leather. It allows you to keep your open razor in mint-condition, just like at the barbershop. A Stropping belt or leather strop is an absolute must when regularly using a classic open razor. The razor strop consists of three parts. The smooth side of the leather, for polishing the cut. The rough, brushed side, for coarse work and 'straightening' the cut. The rough denim strip can also be used for this. For the best shaving performance, strop before and after each shave.
