This item is USDA-approved shelf-stable, good out of refrigeration for up to 7 days. Item needs to be placed in FREEZER upon arrival for longest shelf life of up to one year. If stored in the fridge, item is only good for up to three months in the refrigerator. These biscuit-sized pieces of country ham are the same exact ham we serve here in the Loveless Cafe Restaurant in Nashville, Tennessee. A perfect addition to any holiday breakfast or gift for Dad for Father's Day. Unlike many other country hams, our ham is cured with a blend of salt and sugar, resulting in a tender and moist country ham with a lower salt content than most. With each full country ham, there are a maximum of only 8-10 center-cut slices.
