The Sycophant Orange & Fig is the standby orange bitters for our eCom Manager and perfect in a Sidecar, Margarita, or Alabazam. The Pooter Smoke & Salt is a top recommended bottle of bitters in our store, for the control and precision it offers in smoky flavor, as strong or subtle as a home/professional bartender would want.
