The long maceration of this Mead with red forest fruits results in its attractive intense pink color, and its multi-stage filtering process gives it a crystalline appearance. Red fruit aromas such as currant and cherry Sweetness balanced by the acidity of macerated forest fruits that provides a light and fresh feel but with a pleasant and long-lasting finish. This mead is ideal to drink cold like a rosé wine, accompanied by a light meal, such as pâtés, soft cheeses, grilled fish, pasta. It can also be taken alone, as a preamble to a romantic evening.
