Aglianico IGT Campania is made from pure Aglianico grapes. Vinification is classic, in steel tanks. The fermentation of the grapes continues for a few days after the harvest in order to extract color and aromas, without weighing down the tannic structure, which is expressed with softness. The natural decanting in steel barrels is followed by a period of refinement. The aromas of violet, black cherry and cherry are strong on the nose. The color is an intense ruby red with purple reflections; medium in structure, on the palate it is dry and warm but at the same time balanced, elegant and soft with notes that recall red fruits.
