Minardo Pasta is made with durum wheat semolina of ancient Sicilian grains 100% organic. Produced in Sicily, Italy, our pasta is handcrafted, with the highest quality raw materials, to ensure a tasty, healthy and environmentally friendly product. We only use Russello wheat flour, for semolina pasta, or Timilia, for wholemeal pasta, because they are rich in nutrients, without GMOs and with an easily digestible gluten. Our pasta is bronze drawn and dried slowly, at low temperatures, to preserve all the nutritional characteristics. We produce different shapes of pasta, suitable for numerous recipes, even vegetarian or vegan, such as curls, fast and delicious, perfect for baked pasta.
