If I could give a zero to Peter at BMS BIZ I would. I was overcharged on my invoice and the 12x18 tin signs are 11x14. He refused to refund me for overcharging for 2 12x18 signs when I ordered 1 12x18 and 1 8x12 which I received. THEN he lied and said he gave me a 8x12 as a gift..which I ordered?!? Still refusing to reimburse me the $9.70. He is not reputable and obviously likes to fight with his customers over a simple refund.

I've ordered a few times expecting to get something in and it doesn't arrive. One doesn't find out until the day before the product arrives. Other stores don't seem to have this problem. That being said, they do offer good value on most of their stock.
