I've ordered a lot of items from Pinchicha and mostly have been pleased. But the shipping costs have been really high and exceed the estimate Im given during check out. I did question why with a message to the owner. The response I received is that they agreed and would look into it.

I just took over my store and my 1st Pichincha order was gorgeous!! Fast shipping ...I had to call to switch owner names and the customer service was top notch!! they have a customer for life!!
