Lemon eucalyptus has a very good and proven protection against mosquitoes, ticks and other insects. Mosquito repellents with lemon eucalyptus as active ingredients have been shown to be as effective as agents with DEET. The oil has a fresh and green aroma of lemon and citronella with a sweetish undertone.
