Received our order from True, and some items were missing. I notified them of this and requested replacements. Today I was notified they are unable to ship the missing items due to being out of stock. The original shipping invoice I got showed all items shipped. Communication is lacking and no explanation on why it showed they were sent but not with the other items. The items we did receive were great, but disappointing experience for sure. Will rethink our vendors in the future.
