Our organic fried tomato is a Mediterranean product, one hundred percent natural. With sun-ripened tomatoes from Andalusia, at their right point of ripeness, to which we only add organic extra virgin olive oil and salt. Then we cook it for hours over low heat until it is reduced by half, without adding thickeners. It does not contain sugars or sweeteners. Allergen-free.
