Usually served as an aperitif, walnut wine can be advantageously used to accompany desserts. The nose has a slight bitterness accompanied by the sweetness of very ripe red fruits. In the mouth, the tannin of the walnut is expressed, however, coated with the sweetness of red fruits conferred by Gamay. Labelled organic, Sonneur Noix is an aperitif obtained from the maceration of green walnuts and walnut leaves in organic red Anjou wine (Gamay grape variety). After maceration of walnut leaves and green walnuts in the wine, organic wheat alcohol and organic cane sugar were added to complete this recipe. 50 cl transparent glass bottle.
