This is our guaranteed-to-brew recipe for bright, light and crisp jun - a special kombucha culture that uses specifically green teas and honey as its primary ingredients. Our CYO Jun kit comes in three green tea flavors: floral Jasmine, nutty and buttery Coconut and the sunny fruitiness of Strawberry. All three are a treat and set off the lovely jun flavor qualities in their own unique way. Kits include an 8.8 ounce SCOBY packet, a 1 oz. teabag and comprehensive but easy to follow instructions.
