Our star product is Ham with Protected Designation of Origin (D.O.P.) “Teruel ham”, prepared and cured in our dryer, at an altitude of 947 meters and always complying with the strict rules and guidelines established by the Regulatory Council of the Denomination of Origin. With hams that come exclusively from the Landrace, Large White or cross breeds (mother line) and Duroc (parent line), we guarantee excellent quality meat with optimal fat infiltration, providing unparalleled juiciness, texture, shape and color. After completing a minimum cure of 18 months, and a weight that must be equal to or greater than 7 kilos at the end of this period, the ham is marked on fire on the rind with an eight-pointed star accompanied by the word “TERUEL”, in addition to placing the label (vitola) numbered and with the logo of the Denomination, thus guaranteeing its excellent quality, healing and correct traceability.
