With the help of renowned horticulturist Troy Primo, creator of the 7 Pot Primo pepper, and Bill Moore of Bill Moore's Hot & Spicy Product Reviews, we created a delicate salsa NOT intended for delicate mouths, but for those who like to sweat! Try it if you dare!!! Artwork by Brian Clegg & Michael Hidrogo. All of our products are handmade small batches from the great state of Texas.

Very few companies do "bacon" well. Mikey V has produced something truly remarkable in the salsa category. I carry the Smoked Bacon, Hatch Green Chile and the 7-Pot. As a Mild/Med/Hot selection... I dont carry anything better in a series.
