Fresh and fruity aroma, with notes of ripe fruit and citrus. On the palate, it immediately appears pleasant. Its mineral origin is expressed in the marked sapidity which, combined with the presence of significant acidity, makes it a long, fine, and persistent wine. Pairs with appetizers and seafood first courses.
