BRRREWER is the system for extracting cold coffee by means of a drip. The operation is very simple: the water contained in the tank at the top of the structure, slowly drips onto the ground coffee, extracting all the coffee compounds while maintaining the properties unchanged organoleptic. Two special filters with microfiltering membrane in polymer fabric distribute water evenly over the ground coffee and perfectly filter the outgoing beverage for an extraordinarily textured clear and silky. The CLASSIC collection, awarded at the “Best Of” during the 2019 Gourmet Selection in Paris, presents a double-chamber borosilicate glass jug, the result of a collaboration with Ichendorf Milan. The slate-coloured frame is enhanced by a bamboo base with a non-slip finish.
